Man Charged with Driving Drunk while on a Bar Stool
A man in Newark, Ohio was charged with drunk driving on March 4 after police received reports of an injury crash. When police arrived on the scene twenty-eight year old Kile Wygle was found injured from a crash involving his motorized bar stool. The man was charged with operating the motorized bar stool while intoxicated. The bar stool the man was driving was powered by a deconstructed lawn mower, which can go up to 38 mph.
After the crash Kile Wygle was hospitalized with minor injuries. While at the hospital, he reportedly told an officer he had consumed 15 beers. Once released from the hospital, Kile Wygle plead not guilty and requested a jury trial.
